Corporate Team Building
Rafting is arguably the best activity for building TEAM moral and trust within any corporation.
The good thing about rafting is that the Team runs the show. Everyone must work together for success. We all
paddle together.
1st: Each Team Member will get in a big circle and memorize everyone's names. You can't work together if you
don't know everyone's name first.
2nd: Everyone takes part in blowing up the boats. We either take turns and watch each other, or have groups
race in filling a raft. How exciting eh.
3rd: Everyone will take part in each others safety. After being instructed by a professional RRA guide, you
will each receive a life vest and fit each other; not yourselves. It must be someone you don't know.
4th: Get in your rafts. Each trip will swap participants around, raft-to-raft, two times in this program.
5th: Your RRA professional guide will think of team games to play and fun activities as you float down the
river.
6th: Clean up, and socialize.
